The Legend of Hanuman is an Indian animated Epic fantasy streaming television series created by Sharad Devarajan, Jeevan J. Kang, and Charuvi Agrawal for Hotstar. The series produced by Graphic India premiered on January 29, 2021. The series is renewed for a second season on July 27, 2021.

The animation is good unlike other hanuman animations and suitable to all age groups but has kids’ cartoons type witty dialogues which are even in a limit only but has good enough elevations and character arc for hanuman as a normal human. Even this is the story which I grew up listening but saw through a new point of view. What surprised me was the storytelling part in which it looked like a serious movie and the way elevating Ravan in starting of every episode to show him as an extremely powerful villain unlike my imagination from my childhood. Even the characters, some out of the box magic, some frictional story in own version to make it sensible to today’s world were added as liberty. FINAL WORD: if you watch it just as a series that shows our favorite childhood character as a hero and enjoy rather than expecting an actual and 100% original story you will like it. I loved it
